Initial Assessments and Reports
We have experience in investigating the circumstances of claims for Workers Compensation and making assessments on paths to early return to work. This often necessitates early negotiation of suitable alternative duties, graded return to previous job and the creation of a safe work environment. We specialise in stress related claims and overcoming barriers to return to work and treatment planning. Vocational Assessment
Vocational assessment takes the claimant's functional capacity into account and includes assessment of their: work skills/ability, personality, transferable skills, work values, aptitude, interests and work readiness. A comprehensive report will be provided which will provide the claimant's vocational options, retraining needs and labour market analysis.
Sec 40 Assessment
[Includes FCA and Vocational Assessment(s)]
This is an independent assessment of a person's physical abilities and potential capacity for work. A Functional Capacity Assessment and a Vocational Assessment are administered.
