Vocational assessment takes the claimant's functional capacity into account and includes assessment of their: work skills/ability, personality, transferable skills, work values, aptitude, interests and work readiness. A comprehensive report will be provided which will provide the claimant's vocational options, retraining needs and labour market analysis.
